PRP High School Band and PRP High School Choir (Louisville, KY) took a 4 day, 3 night vacation to Gatlinburg, TN and stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites. Not only was it a pleasure to make arrangements with the Inn but we were treated like we were family. Linda Wilson was not only helpful and friendly but we felt like we were part of the family. Mike Patel (Owner) was always present and just as nice as nice as can be. Vance and Daniel went way beyond their duties. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was awesome, despite some of the mess the kids left for them. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sleep Inn & Suites and would go back any time.

I read as many reviews as possible before booking any hotel. Since I am a single parent traveling with my 10 year old I am VERY picky about SAFETY, cleanliness, comfort, convenience...pretty much everything. I read enough good reviews about this hotel to take a chance and I am glad that I did take a chance. When we first turned down the street that the hotel is on, I saw a few questionable "motels" and at first it just didn't look like a good area. Then just around the curve I see the "Sleep Inn & Suites". The hotel had very nice curb appeal, a well taken care of building and parking lot, and just looked safe and comfortable overall. When my daughter and I went inside to check in, it smelled clean inside and the staff behind the desk was so friendly, we were greeted with a smile right away. They have a security system that monitors each hallway on each floor, the parking lot and the pool area. I was very happy to see that! Our room was a very nice size, VERY clean and quiet. The bed wa

I stayed here and it was a nice place to stay when taking family to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains. Loved the breakfast and the indoor pool and the rooms are very comfortable. We will definitely be back when we get a chance to visit the Smoky Mountains again. A+ Staff and service

We really enjoyed the full sized pool and the hot tub was very relaxing and very clean, very close to all the attractions, and a bit away from the hectic traffic. Heather was so nice, always a smile and a kind word, she was very helpful with any questions. The rooms were very nice and clean, their housekeeping staff is excellent, and that is very important to me. The breakfast bar was much more than we expected, extremely clean and well stocked with plenty of choices. When we were leaving we made res.for our family reunion, they have a great banquet room. And don't forget the guest laundry! So convenient! A must stay hotel. See y'all in September.

I had reservations with another hotel for 3 months. We were taking my 86 year old Grandmother on her first trip to Gatlinburg for her birthday. When we got to our destination we found the room with the neighboring hotel dirty and un kept. We almost turned around and went home. My husband called Sleep Inn next door to see if they had any rooms left as this was an event weekend for the area. Heather and David got to work and found a room for us.. We quickly left the run down hotel and moved for the weekend next door. When we were checking in Heather realized we needed one more bed than she had quoted us she and David went back to work. They together pulled some things together and had us in a room that was perfect for our family and well within our budget within a matter of minutes. She even kept the rate for us at the original quote but gave us a much larger room. We were very happy. The room was clean, well kept and perfect.

After a bad experience with our first hotel in town, this one made up for what we missed. We did get to enjoy the indoor pool, and had the privilege of being the first ever to use the lift into the pool! The owner/manager, Mikey, couldn't have been nicer, nor could his staff. We extended our stay by one day because we were enjoying ourselves so much. Breakfast was a tad meager, but then, what continental breakfast isn't a tad meager! We definitely will return here.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was not right on the main parkway but it was far enough off that you could still get to everything. The staff was very nice and friendly. There was someone at the desk at all times and they always greeted you. The rooms were very clean, even the housekeeping staff greeted you in the hallways. Loved in the indoor pool and lazy river. On our last night there the kids wante to go swimming one last time and the person working the front desk , even though it was 11:15 , allowed my kids to go for about 30 minutes. The room we had had the balcony overlooking the street and we loved it. There was no street noise like you get at some hotels.

Sleep Inn in Gatlinburg was clean everywhere, (and believe me, I am a Certified Dietary Mgr and know sanitation inside and out), plenty of towels, plenty of hot water, free Wi-Fi, roomy, good price ($71. for queen bed) and we didn't detect any moldy, smoky smells . The motel was in a quiet location but close to town. Never heard a sound from the other rooms the whole time we were there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Included with stay was breakfast and it was more than adequate. Hot and cold cereals, fruit, juice, coffee, milk, bagels, donuts, waffles, boiled eggs, sausage, etc. My husband and myself loved this place and will definitley stay in again when in the area. It is hard to find a clean motel and this staff took pride in a job well done. Thank you Sleep Inn of Gatlinburg!

Brought the family to Gatlinburg for a weekend while also have a college visit in Knoxville. The staff at the front desk were great from the moment we walked in -- especially Heather -- gave me great tips and advice on the trolley system and things to do, and the area in general. We also had a long lengthy discussion about Knoxville and the vicinity. She was extremely kind, very accomodating - and I saw her this way with others as well, everyone who walked in/out/through the lobby, she greeted. Made you feel so welcomed. We added an additional room on the 2nd night of our stay and again, she made the process incredibly painless and just literally bent over backwards to make sure it suited our needs and that was so nice. The location is just two blocks from the main 'strip' but has a trolley stop if you didnt want to walk. Great location and access to everything without the chaos or noise when you're ready to relax and unwind. Breakfasts were always ready and everything was kept clean

The people were wonderful who worked the front desk! The rooms were very clean! The only complaints that I have at all were the water pressure was veryyyy low and the internet didn't want to work half the time. Overall though the people were just amazing! They made our trip even better just by friendly chatting here and there. Great staff!

Upon arrival, Van greeted us and was very friendly. He was very helpful in any questions we had and answered them with a smile. We had alot of questions due to this being our first trip to Gaitlinburg, Tenn. We were greeted in the morning by Heather who was also very friendly and helpful. They both made us feel very comfortable as if we were in our own home. Thank you both for making our stay there very pleasing and comfortable.

Stayed there for the weekend with friends. We had booked two rooms with two queen beds. The staff at the front desk were great they made us feel very welcome. The room were very clean and smelled fresh. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We had a good time in the hot tube, lazy river and the pool. They had a continental breakfast with a selection of pastries, make your own waffles, cereal, milk, two juices, apples and banana. Also was in a walking distance to the main strip.

Van and Heather were fantastic! They were the most helpful with giving us the best deal and beat the online hands down! The room was so cozy and the beds were amazing! Very updated looking rooms, couldn't have asked for a better hotel after coming back from myrtle beach, and although we only stayed one night we would definitely stay again!

This was our first time staying at Sleep Inn & Suites. We come to the Smokies at least 2-3 times per year for nature photography. We always stay at the same hotel. But this time we decided to give Sleep Inn & Suites a try because of their indoor pool. All I can say is it had been the best experience. The hotel was very clean. Our room appeared to be very new and clean. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast with waffle and beverages were great. On top of that, the service was as expected and beyond. Friendly and professional staff. Our daughter with special needs came down with a high fever that morning and was not quite able to travel. The hotel allowed us to check out couple of hours late for her fever to break first. It was very much helpful since the trip home was much easier that way. The location is awesome. It is not right in the middle of the crowded part, but short walk up the mountain. Spacious and quiet. Plenty of parking spaces.

Great place to stay in G-burg. Close, yet out of the crowds. Very clean and quiet. Heather and the rest of the staff were great! Great location for hiking the National Park trails East of the city off 321. Good b-fast for hikers before a day on the trails. Thanks, Heather, for an enjoyable stay. I'll be back.

The staff is very friendly. Heather really makes sure you enjoy your stay! Rooms are clean. Public areas are clean. Outstanding!! We have been staying here for over 10 years and will be back next year!

Enjoyed our time, pool was great (granddaughter loved it). Breakfast was good. Staff was extremely helpful. Had to shorten our stay by a day and we had used a third party arrangement. Heather was great and very helpful in dealing with the whole situation. Room was clean and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was also helpful with any questions we had about directions and hotel accommodations. This was a great value for the price and located just out enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet was walkable.
