We just purchased a home. Ready to move in over the weekend and when we turned on the water we had a bad leak. We called them, they came and and did repair in one hour and we had our water back on. We got to move in over the weekend other wise it would have been impossible. They saved our whole weekend from being useless and came out on a friday afternoon. THANK YOU!

Unstopped my rental house while my grandkids were there for a visit. Came the same day we called and the service tech was polite and very helpful. Most professional plumbing company I have dealt with. The cost was great considering the mess. My grandkids could not afford to stay in a hotel so he saved them from having to come home. We then found out that everyone that works there is family. Great to know that old school traditon of professional service is being passed down from one generation to another! Thanks SO much! They have been there since 1960 WOW~!

I've used Mccarter plumbing for a few years on some rentals in town and my personal home couldn't be more satisfied! Would really recommend to anyone who is looking for a local plumber!

Local favorite for sure. He is good and does what needs to be done quickly. His family has done this since the early 60's. I was told to call him by a local and glad I found him. He unstopped my sewer line while we had family in our rental house in Gatlinurg but we were in Florida. Thanks so much! Fast service. His price is well worth the professional service. My family would had to have stayed in a hotel had he not worked us in. Very happy.

My house froze and busted. Mr. Mccarter came out fast to help keep the dammage down. He saved me thousands! I could not get my water off. He came out after hours. Appointment for 10 am, Plumbers showed up at 9:20. I have a sick person-cancer patient- staying in the room where the work is to be done. I nicely asked the plumbers to return at the appointed time so I could get her up out of bed... They said ok, no problem we'll be back at 10. An hour later- 11am no show. I called their office, explained the situiation as described above in a professional manner and tone. I asked if they were coming back, She said " no not with your attitude, call somebody else, have a nice day" & hung up on me.
