My name is Evangelist Jams G Dufrene Jr. 9-22-2017 ( AND THIS COMPLAINT IS ABOUT A GENERAL MANAGER AT THIS PIZZA HUT, BY THE NAME OF MATTHEW)... (WHO IS ONE VERY, AND VERY HORRIBLE, MEAN, VERY CONDESCENDING, HUMAN BEING, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE) ( I'M ABSOLUTELY PUZZLED HOW THIS PERSON, HAS THAT POSITION, EVEN HIS COOK WHO HEARD HIM TALK TO ME ON THE PH) (SHE TOLD ME WHEN WE TALKED ON THE PH THAT HE, WAS TOTALLY WRONG, FOR TALKING TO ME LIKE THAT,) (THEN HE TAKES THE PH FROM HER AND HANGS IT UP ON ME AGAIN, FOR THE SECOND TIME) (AND TOMORROW I WILL HAVE A PH MEETING, (WITH THE CEO OF PIZZA HUT, ONE MR. DAVID W. GIBBS.) CONCERNING THIS SO CALLED LOCAL GM'S MATTHEW'S INSANE BEHAVIOR.) ( AND I LOOK VERY FORWARD, TO THAT PH MEETING) LOCATED IN PLANO, TX I have been using Papa John for yrs. until I made a ph call to a pizza hut, on S. New Hope Rd. they didn't deliver, to my home... But The gentlemen was nice enough to find this location that did after 14 yrs., I'm originally from Louisiana... So, Man, I got on the ph. and called this location, and there was a manager working by the name of Ashely, she was so very professional and helpful... She helps me get my acct. set up online, helped me get my order placed it was just a great experience all around... Until a week later on 9-22-2017 on a Friday night... I was going to place another order online, but I had a question, about my reward points, no big deal, so I thought... Until a human monster by the name of Matthew picks up the ph... And I begin to ask my question and I said it was no big deal to him... Now get this, this guy is the GM of the store with this sick mentality, that I'm about to explain... In the process of me talking, he abruptly interrupts me and says hey man your talking about money real loud like... I can't see what you're talking about, I don't know what you're talking about blah, blah, blah that's all I heard from his very loud mouth... Then he just hangs up the phone in my face, I'm like whats up, so I call back The cook Katie answered a very sweet girl, who heard the whole thing... And she told me who he was, who his boss was Ryan, I wrote corporate via email. She said he was totally wrong, and in the process of her talking to me he hung up on me a second time for no reason... So I never called back, and after being treated like that, I still order my pizza at can believe that but I love Pizza Hut... And you know what he GM Mathew does to my order, he holds it for an hour, yes... So I call back and Katie tells me, what he tells her to tell me, that there was no driver there... Except my text says he is in route to my home... So Told her I will not take that cold Pizza humbly and then a driver suddenly appears in the door... Then He GM Matthew takes the PH and starts yelling at me... Listen to this new one this nut comes up with, his states that you think I will send my driver to your house with your Pizza... With you acting the way you are, be treating I'm like really dude, I ask him can he stop screaming and hollering,... He says he screaming to talk over me, who isn't screaming just keep that in mind, and absolute nutter.... Then he threatens to cancel my order because of me reporting him to corporate... Well, he didn't just threaten me, he did for no reason logical reason whatsoever... Just out of hatefulness and bitterness, and because he thinks he can treat customers like that... Not this one, in any way, shape, are form... So I waited and 1 1/2 for nothing, for no Pizza, he took my money off my visa card, that will not be back on my card until Monday... And he did that purposely, he stated that to me very clearly over the ph... He stopped my pizza in route, lied and said he never had a driver... Except when I called the third time, to ask about my order and said
