RX service is below my standards of service. Never on time, at least 1-2 hours to fill a RX. Even when called in the day before still not ready. Example: call in 2 meds one morning to be p/u the next day at 1:00 p.m. you go to p/u at 4:30 and still have to wait. The front of the store hears the complaints along with the area manager but over the years nothing has changed. Well my RX store is going to change. Just plain tired of this for over 5 years. I waited for them now I've got to make the change for the better.
