General Info

Dr. Hoffman has been serving the greater Charlotte region since 2006 and joined the team at SouthEast Chiropractic in May 2011. Dr. Crown's professional affiliations include the NCCA, the ACA, and the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. He is also a Certified Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Dr. Hoffman is also a member of the Stardusters big band and can often be found playing local gigs in the Charlotte region. He enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, cooking,traveling with his wife, Dr. Kate, and spending time with his children, Jordan and Elena. He is currently the Clinic Director and treating physician at the Gastonia office and is currently accepting new patients.
