The customer service at this gas station was horrendous. Whomever owns this should reconsider employment for the cashier. We were traveling home after evacuating Florida from hurricane IRMA and purchased a VISA gift card for safety issues while on the road. The attendant ran the gift card incorrectly, caused a hold (which was confirmed by VISA) and then repeatedly and rudely told my son and 71 year old mother "Denied, Denied". We almost did not make it home after she caused excess usage on our card and had ZERO remorse for what she caused my family and offered NO HELP! This was September 12th around 2:00 PM. I truly hope the owner/manager has access to this site and can rectify the situation. This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. She cost my evacuated family (which included 6 underage children) the gas we needed to get home safely in an extremely scary situation due to her own ignorance.
