Great food and friendly service! We're from out of town visiting my aunt & uncle who live in a neighborhing town to Gassville and they took us to this restaurant. When touring around during our stay, we had tried some BBQ in Kansas City MO and were quite disappointed since Kansas City is supposedly a good hotspot for BBQ. So they told us we should.try KT's so we went and were glad we did. I had a combination plate and all the meat was very tender and flavorful. The ribs were awesome and I could have ordered a whole plate of just those. They also have several types of potato salad, and the one that we tried was the sour-cream version. I have to say that it was some of the best potato salad I've ever had. If I could, I'd have my relatives ship me some! Great food, great service and If I lived there, I would make it a regular dining spot.
