Food is good, service is terrible, employees seem to have nasty attitudes.....

I write reviews for restaurants and my first visit to this restaurant was December 9th 2014 at 12:15 p.m. you would think at that time the place should be busy with lunch customers however, I was the only customer in there. After receiving the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, I'm beginning to understand why I was the only customer during lunch. There was a young girl who seem to be working alone and she was so rude, I did not want to go back in and let her know that the food was not hot. I will try one more time, but for my first experience at this restaurant, it was awful.

I just left this restaurant and had the worst service, the girls were just rude, I don't think I'll be going back. food is always good but I can't get past this unprofessionalism

Food is delicious. Service is awful. Took forever for someone to acknowledge me being there. Works were just standing around talking. Never go there between open and lunch. Lady in the morning is very rude. Rib tips are the best

Food is ok. Staff has terrible attitudes. Heard manager yelling at employee. Very dissappointed. I do not recommend this place when there are others with much better food and service.
