To appreciate the power of our Raleigh boot camp training you have to only know that your body functions as a whole, with muscles firing in sequence to produce the desired movement. Some muscles have to contract to help produce movement, while some contract to steady the spine and hold it in a secure neutral position, still other muscles start working each time your body recognizes a change in position or needs to right an error, such as when it detects a loss of balance. Your body is linked together as a single unit.
