I called and spoke to the lady in charge. I explained that my dog has anxiety being in a crate. I told her they would have to get her done fast because she will be a nervous wreck. She responded with "awe! We will take care of her!" She suggested that I bring her about 3pm because she was doing a husky and she was afraid it would take a while. I asked about the price and she said $30-$35. I said okay and would see her on Saturday. I left my dog and about 30 minutes later she called me to pick up Cassie (my dog). I asked how much it was and she said "oh it will be $40 because I had no idea we would have to rush her and she is very difficult to do." I replied "I told you on the phone that she was an anxious dog and explained her situation and you told me that was fine. I even explained to you that I had to drop her when you were ready for her and pick her up immediately afterwards and you told me it was okay!" I will NEVER use her again because the situation was explained previously.
