• Decks
  Systems include liquid-applied elastomeric, sheet membrane, bituminous assemblies such as coal tar pitch, modified bituminous and bentonite membranes. These systems can be installed on high traffic and wearing surfaces such as concrete plaza decks, under tile paver systems, as a part of a Green Roof system and sport courts.
• Gutters
  A modified L-shaped flashing used along the eaves and rakes. The drip edge directs runoff water into the gutters of air and away from the fascia.

• Insulation
  INFRARED TESTING; Infrared testing of roofs is done to determine the cause of roof leaks or to determine the presence of wet materials (insulation) that may need to be removed. This can be done prior to replacement or as an indicator of the cause of leaks. R&B trained professionals are available to perform INFRARED TESTING using the latest state of the art equipment.
• Masonry
  A wall of wood or masonry built above the level of the roof, surrounding a roof opening such as for installation of roof fans or other equipment, and at expansion joints in the roof deck.
• Caulking
  One of the most common maintenance items on a building is caulking. As caulking deteriorates the building begins to leak causing costly damage and a reduction in energy-efficiency. Concrete wall panel joints, control joints, expansion joints, surface-mounted counter flashing joints, metal coping joints and other various caulked intersections and joints require regular inspection and maintenance.
