i called them up to see if they fixed nintendo ds and the guy that answerd sounded drunk. i could not even under stand any thing this guy was saying. not a good start. i would not even walk through the door

They had my tv/vcr for 5 months. When they said they would call they did not. All contact was initiated by me. They finally said they could not get parts and it could not be fixed and I could come pick it up. I stopped by several times and it was not put back together. When I finally got it the tv would not work. The problem was with the vcr (which did not get fixed). Now I have neither.
