I paid them to inspect my A/C unit and they recommended that I have them check it out again in 6 months. Four weeks later the condensing unit failed to blow cold air and when I called them back they first told me that they would not charge me another service charge. When I called to confirm the appointment the next day I asked another dispatcher to make sure they would waive the inspection fee since they were just out here recently and she then changed her mind and told me that they might charge me the extra fee anyhow. She then had the gall to tell me that I was not listening to her correctly. I believe that I heard and understood what she and the first person I spoke with just fine. My problem with this company is that they are not be entirely honest and forthcoming with their service charges. That's real bad customer service! I promptly cancelled the appointment and went with someone else, no matter how much more it costs me. Bottom line here for businesses to remember: BE HONEST!
