Micropac Industries provides microelectronic and optoelectronic components and modules in addition to contract electronic manufacturing services. Its custom and standard products, including hybrids, high temperature hybrids, power hybrids and multi-chip modules, optocouplers, hall effect sensors and custom optoelectronic assemblies, are primarily offered to the industrial, medical, military, aerospace and space industries. Micropac maintains its headquarters in Garland, Texas. The company has three facilities in Garland, Texas totaling 38,000 square feet, including 12,000 square feet of clean room assembly areas. Micropac was established in 1963.
