This business has been around FOREVER! I just purchased one of the framed closeout mirrors shown on their website. The transaction was efficient and easy. The mirror is beautiful and was a fantastic deal. I couldn't be happier! :)

Installed my frameless shower enclosure incorrectly, which I didn't know until 1-yr warranty was over. Now the door hits the panel next to it, and the hinges can't be adjusted any more because they installed them incorrectly. You need to install the hinges in the middle of the holes in the glass so that adjustments CAN be made. They also didn't match the hardware - hinges and the metal brackets aren't the same. I didn't know you COULD have matching hinges and brackets. They wanted $189 just to come out to see IF they could adjust it to have the door not banging into the glass panel, but "no guarantees". I can't reinstall the hinges as they screw into a tile wall - can't have multiple filled-in holes in thatl. Jpon is costing me hundreds of dollars because they are incompetent. Perhaps they only know commercial glass and can't really install what was supposed to be a custom shower. Door is standard size, even tho the opening is not. No integrity here for not backing their work.
