Please call first they usually close early or don't waste your time

I have had dealings with Garland Steel many times, they are sometimes busy and it seems like they are not doing anything. I can promise you they are getting things done. it doesn't matter if it is forty inches of .125 aluminum or an I beam 20- however many feet you need, they can almost always get you what you want or need. thank you for being there GS..
the are a lot of recyclers that do not sell to the public GS absolutely does.

As an aspiring artist/fabricator I am limited to the available yards that will sell to me. Sadly, most of the yards are selling all if their scrap to china and won't allow locals to walk/buy the supply on hand. Garland steel is a family owned and operated recycler that is able to handle any buy/sell that comes their way. I am so grateful for the inventory that they make available to anyone that walks in. My business is strictly re-purposed materials and 90% of is sourced through garland steel

Ok place to buy new metal, but very low prices paid for scrap.

I always get great service at Garland Steel. I'm a part time handy man and bring in buckets of scrap from time to time, They are always friendly even to a small quantity scrapper like me. The office, recycle area and yard are clean and neat.

William, who answered the sales call was very helpful to me, a know-nothing customer. i would imagine that a regular metals customer would get even more efficient sales assistance.
