I had the worst experience ever with these guys. Called them to come out and do a simple re-wire job and the kid they sent out - who looked like he had a hang-over, didn't have a clue as to how to re-wire a simple fan switch. After wasting my time on a day I took off from work, he simply left. The work was never done!Amazingly enough, these guys charge a normal rate of $95/hr. This is not for a master electrician to come out and do the job - it's for a guy they contracted out to come out and do the job.My advice is to call a reputable company to come out and do electrical work. Price their work out by the hour and make your choice. This company charges at the high-end, and sends a green-horn contractor out that can't figure out a simple wiring job. I'm starting to wonder if he had any clue how to do electrical work other than what he saw on DIY.5-Start electric is lucky to get 1-star from me (only because Superpages requires at least 1-star).Mary StewartPlano, Texas
