A truck backed into the brick mailbox and we called them. There was no one there to answer the phone. When they called back maybe 6 hours later, I described that a few bricks were pushed out of wack. He could not give me a quote so they said they might be in the area in the next few days. When he called to say that someone would be by to do the work tomorrow, I made sure that he understood I wanted to know the cost of the repair before agreeing to do the work. He said they could not come here to give an estimate. He said "thanks alot buddy" and hung up on me. Wathc out! I would Never do business with people like that.
