Sure wish I could go back in time and hire real tile professionals. First, the salesman seemed much more interested in selling us something, anything, than really helping us decide what would look best in our kitchen and utility room. But the worst thing is the poor job the tiler did. I've had so many problems with this floor--loose and cracking grout, loose/noisy tiles, cracked tiles, varied spacing between tiles, chipped corner tiles, sloppy cuts of door jambs, etc. Just sloppy, sloppy work. I've had several repairs done in the kitchen from tiles that were not adhered properly and grout which has come out completely. The edges around walls and doors are incredibly unsightly and door jambs are cut way too high. I was really ashamed and embarrassed when a real professional tiler visited my house and looked at this floor. I'd always thought it was an awful job, and he reassured that it really was! Of course, there was never any follow-up by CMA to see if we were satisfied.
