This is the only 24 hour pharmacy in town...and they know it.
My mornings run early-I usually end up picking up at 2 AM. That pharmacy shift is very good-which is remarkable given the only person on is one pharmacist at that time.
Afternoon staff though...EGADS!!!
I have a script that my insurance only partially covers. I go in, every month, and discuss at the consultation desk in depth that I need to pay for the second half of my script personally in order to get a full month’s worth.
They mess it up a lot. Today, I picked multiple scripts and didn’t check the bag until after I got home. They messed up yet again-only the part my insurance covers was filled.
No big deal, people mess up. I can live with that
What I can’t live with is when I call to correct it, I get an agitated response from the woman who rung my out trying to blame it on ME somehow on a transaction that I literally spent 15 minutes in person an hour before setting up. The same transaction I have to always drive to the pharmacy in person to set up. The same transaction that has been going on for a year and a half.
You know who never screws it up? The night staff.
This is also the same pharmacy that when my mother WAS DYING OF CANCER wouldn’t fill her scripts.

If you need to drop off a prescription that is considered a "controlled substance" or "narcotic" be prepared to be treated like a drug addict. I have never been treated so RUDELY at any other pharmacy!
