I've never had any problems here at all. I've purchased things from other locations, returned, or exchanged them here effortlessly. They almost always have whatever I may be looking for. In the rare occurrence they don't, they are quick to offer me locations that do.. Pretty simple and straightforward.. The way it should be..

Don't try to return a sale item because it just confuses the people 'in charge'. Especially don't try to return a sale item and purchase a higher priced item that was on the same sale because that's too confusing too. I just returned the item to these discourteous people who do not put the customer first and left with what I wanted. There would be no star but the site requires at least one.
