I live at Willow Chase and I have for over a year. I have been nothing but satisfied. Just like any contract we read and understood it before we signed it. The property manager was informative & went through it with us. As for pest & mice, it is a house and I believe it depends on how clean the person that lives there is. The country living is a bonus with its privacy and security. We have never had a maintenance issue that was not fixed and addressed promptly.

Do not live here

My husband and I checked the place out several times prior on deciding on living here. We thought the lady was super nice and bent over backwards for us until we signed the lease. We had seen several homes with in this rental property and they were very clean. The one we moved into was far from it. It was very dirty the walls looked liked they have never been painted from previous tenants and the floors were gross! Infested with everything from mice to spiders and other insects I can not identify. I was told that it is because we lived in the country. Our previous house was in the country and we did not have the pest problem that this place has. Oh by the way they do not exterminate. They do not pay for it if you want it you pay for it! That goes for many many other things!!!!! We rent right know because we are not planning on settling in kc and we also dont want to have to worry about paying to maintain or fix things. After reading and rereading the lease I found out that we signed it not knowing that we were signing somthing stated that we are responsible for just about everything. Upon moving in there were a whole page full of things that needed to be fixed that has not been as of yet and it has been a couple of months now. I keep turning in maintenance requests and i keep getting told a specfic day that it will be done and I will cancel everything to be home but no one ever comes to fix and when I call no one picks up the phone. When I leave a message no one ever calls me back! This place is very unprofessional. Seems to me the dentist that owns the place has no idea what is going on or he just does not care and just wants to pocket the extra cash and does not want to keep the place up.
