Founded in 1982, American Family Care is a clinic, providing medical and health care services to patients suffering from acute illness. Located in Gardendale, Ala., it offers a wide range of services, including physical therapy for musculoskeletal pain, joint replacements and arthritis as well as balance dysfunction, among others. American Family Care provides outpatient rehabilitation services, such as physical and manual therapy, sports medicine, neurological reconditioning and partial impairment ratings, to name a few. Additionally, it offers general fitness and sports program for adolescent and adult people of the United States.
