This parks rent is ridiculous every year it just keeps going up and up and up we have been living here over 10 years and we pay over $1700.00 a month just in rent then we have a mortgage then we have property taxes witch are $400.00 dollars a year witch I don't think we should pay because we don't own our property we are renting it so the owner should have to pay property taxes not us we pay enough rent Torrance should step in and have rent control my husband is the only one working in our household I am ill but the park don't care at all they want their check by the 6th or you get charged an extra $35 dollars and if your lawn is not taken care of they write you up and give you 14 days to fix it or they charge you and their part of the park that needs to be kept up is full of trash and weeds not clean at all and they demand that you water your grass and that it is kept green or you get written up and charged don't they know we are not suppose to waste water!!!! This park is just money hungry!!! And don't care about the community just care about how much money they can get each month or what home they can run people out of so they can own it and resale it !!! How sad is that here we thought we would save money buy buying a mobile home but we could have bought a house for what we are paying now! So please think before you buy into here make this your very very last optain seriously you can buy a home for what you pay here good luck I wish someone would have worned us before we moved our family in here!!!
