1 Star rating is for the billing clerk at City Denta; the most unprofessional receptionist ever encountered. I had heard her argue with & make negative comments about patients after they left the office & I expect she has made similar remarks about me. I was treated at the office for a crown (molar) 2 years ago & felt the charge was excessive, contacted my insurance carrier right always to inquire & learned that I have been over charged. When brought to the clerks attention, she immediately became defensive, argumentative & dismissive. Call from my insurance company resolved the discrepancy. Just had my 2nd visit there for same type treatment & WILL NEVER GO BACK! Overcharged again, same response from her & this time she actually screamed OH GOD out loud on the phone. With all of the self control I could muster, I explained what type customer service I expect & deserve. When I return to complete the procedure, will explain to Dr. Rhind why I will not be returning. She should be fired.
