Established in 1982, South Bay Keiro Nursing Home is operated by Keiro Senior HealthCare, which is one of the largest elderly health care service providers to the Japanese American community. South Bay Keiro Nursing Home offers a range of senior health care options, including residential, assisted living, intermediate, skilled nursing and rehabilitation and hospice care services. It also provides care for the patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related disorders. The center is a more than 90-bed facility that provides semiprivate rooms, rehabilitative and skilled nursing unit, spacious outdoor patio and wander alert system. It provides dietary and diagnostic services, pharmacy, dental, audiology, podiatry, and physical, speech, occupational and intravenous therapies.
