He opened the first store in Westminster, Calif., providing hometown flavors to oversea immigrants. The company features produce, meat, grocery, bakery and hot deli departments. Its seafood department provides free fish-frying services. Tawa Supermarket uses only USDA-approved quality meats. It offers a variety of food products, including rotisserie chicken, salad dressings, cream, packaged and shredded cheese, frozen meat, whipped toppings, French bread and fried chicken. The company also provides several discount savings options. It owns more than 20 full-service stores in California and Washington.
