Located in Garden Valley, Calif., Golden Sierra High School serves students in grades nine through 12. Its facility includes a library, weight room, and computer and science laboratories. The school provides a range of college preparatory and honors programs. It also conducts classes in industrial technology, graphic arts and journalism. The school curriculum includes Spanish and German as foreign languages. Its athletic division offers various sports activities, such as baseball, soccer and tennis. The school also provides cocurricular activities, including drama, band, choir, yearbook and environmental club. Additionally, the school provides online learning resources and food and transportation services. Golden Sierra High School is a part of the Black Oak Mine Unified School District.
