used them for yrs, with appts still have to wait 15 minutes.... then they gave me wrong 24 hr urine colllection bottle,which delayed new collection time and results; had to drive over there three times total...very annoying and unprofessional,the front office person is ill-informed..

Arrived at 6:30 for my appt and was ignored. Signed myself in and noticed only two patients waiting. Very unprofessional front desk staff ... Waited 20 minutes before I was called & there was no one waiting ...Lab tech was pleasant.
