Dirty dish No good service
The cooks need to be sent to cook school.They provided a steak to my friend ,charcoal burned on the out side. He asked for a well done steak. There are three types:( rare ),( medium ) and ( well done ). There is a web site: www.taste.com.au/how+to/articles/77/how to +cookperfect+steak how to cook the perfect steak. Some suggestions are : The grill should be at: 375 and cook on each side for ; 6 minutes. Some others suggest the grill should be at :400 cook for 7 minutes on each side. My self and my friend were very shocked : All the various type steaks were in the same serving pan. Not like the : Golden Coral . Each type of cooked steak in a different pan with labels for customers to choose. Not like ; Home Town Buffet ,where the food line server has to cut each steak and look at it. This is not organization. Then manager :( J ) comes over and disrespectfully touched my friend's shoulder to ask how the steak was ? Was this meant to be sarcastic ? The steak was cold and charcoal burned on the out side. Plus : My friend had to let this guy know the brocoli on the serving line was over cooked.We all know when brocoli is over cooked, it has that very light colored lime green look. As compared to properly cooked or steamed brocoli. The color is a dark green look.The brocoli is hot ,dark green and tender.Water will shoot from the stem when steamed at the correct time. Note : Floor manager :( J ) and his boss Manager :( N. S . ) should sent the cook to cook school .These two managers have no business touching any person at any time. This is assault .Calif Penal Code:240 . The steaks :( rare ), ( medium ) and (well done ),should be labelled and in different pans. Some times there are pain inserts available with holes.These can be placed in the serving pans online . Put water. The steak will not touch the water because it will rest on top insert with holes. The steak will not be dry ,because of moisture from the steam.

The last time I went here, it was the worst experience I have ever had. The place was unsanitary, the floors were messy, don't even want to discuss how bad the bathrooms were. I could not even eat without children screaming, yet so were the older kids and I would expect a little more maturity out of them. The food was so horrible, I was about ready to throw up and some of it was undercooked. The desserts were horrible also that I had to spit it out in the trash. The prices were also terrible and don't forget the strange characters that hang around outside. Never coming back.
