***WARNING*** So... my advice is anytime you see an obnoxious big black truck (MSRP probably around $75,000 +) with the license plate "WATEVA"... it belongs to LUCIA, the owners daughter... DON'T DRIVE IN... go anywhere else.... maybe try using the ARCO across the street!!! Without exception, this lady is the worse thing that could ever happen to this business but she is "FAMILY". Not only is she totally condescending to customers, she is very rude and seems to believe she is "latin elite". According to most every employee I've ever spoken with... she believes she is "above" the commoners and treats employees with no respect... even worse than the customers. Another review here even states that she is "racist" in her treatment of other latinos... believing she is superior to the rest of her bloodline of which I am a member. When the BLM protests began she IMMEDIATELY boarded up her windows and spray painted "Minority Owned" on the plywood covers.... WATEVA! I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years and EVERY other employee there is the ONLY reason I still stop by, as long as Lucia is not there. It's no secret she is NOT a decent employer and most don't hide their negative feelings about her behind her back... she is a heartless soul with no regard for employees and customers. Since March of this year she has raised prices considerably on everything.... for example...the price of a large fountain drink has gone from $1.08 with tax to $2.23 with tax... which is ridiculous since a sincere warning to EVERYONE to AVOID THIS BUSINESS COMPLETELY whenever "WATEVA" is parked on the south side of the store... you'll be GLAD you took my advice. If you go when she is NOT there... you'll be treated very well with friendly folks who are wonderful with huge hearts who really care...GOOD LUCK... WATEVA! LOL
