They always respond immediately to any calls for service, usually out to my place the very next day. The treatments seem to be working and the price for annual service is very competetive and affordable.

They return calls right away and I usually always am able to get them over within a day. The guys that come out always do a great job too. Bowers has been treating my home for termites on their control service plan for the past four years. They always do such a thorough job of inspecting and treating my home. Before I started with them I would notice droppings throughout my house and since they started servicing my home I have not had any droppings or infestation. They come out every year and all the technicians are always so polite and friendly. I recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind when it comes to their home.

I had work done by Bowers then 6 months later found termites. After 2 calls they DID call back & set an apointment and they are back. Termites never go away. But they can be controlled. I would say to call more than once to reach someone and have patience. They are a good company.

Bowers has a warranty which specifies that they will treat your house for free if you find traces of termite within one year of their treatment. However, I did find several spots of termites and called them for help for almost two months. The bottom line is: Bowers do not return phone calls and will not honor their own warranty.
