Xtreme Tanning is such a great place! I'm so glad Garden City has one! The girls at the front always treat me with respect, every time I walk in they know my last name right away I don't even have to tell them. They're lotions, beds & stickers are great! Prices are good & the specials they have are good too!

Best place in town to tan! Try the 5 tans for 5 dollars and decide for yourself. I have been tanning here for 3 yrs on easy pay and have not had one problem. Love the tan Thank you Xtreme!

I have tanned all over Kansas due to my job, and Xtreme is the best I always try and find one. When I have to tan somewhere else I realize how spoiled we are in garden city. I allways have a pleasant time in there store. They are very clean and nice. My package also travels with me so I never have to buy something else when I am in another location. Thanks for the great business.

I have had nothing but a great experience here I would only use them. Their easy pay program makes it so easy to tan! I never have to worry about paying its all automatic and almost never have to wait. They are not pushy sales people, which I like.

I've been tanning with extreme tanning for about 6 years now. I've had no problems what so ever I love tanning there.

I think extreme tanning is a very good buisness. I signed up for their easypay back in august which is their best deal In my opinion because its only tanning for $20 a month unlimited. I signed a contract EXPLAINING to me that if i want to cancel my acc with them before being with them for a year then i would have a $15 fee which i thought was fine also because to sign up for the easypay is free and you get 50% off a bottle of their amazing lotion! That is a very good deal it is a very well organized and clean buisness and their tanning consultants are so sweet i would recommend everyone to take their tan to the extreme with EXTREME TANNING:)

I signed a contract that said that a $10/month fee would be charged if funds were not available for transfer, but the fact is, they WERE available had someone contacted me and let me know that my card was not working. Furthermore, the contract states that if the account is deliquent for three consecutive months, Xtreme Tanning will cancel your membership. My account was delinquent for three months and until today it was still active. i had to physically go down there today and cancel my membership after paying the balance of my "freeze account" service charges, and cancellation fee. I am disappointed that a business in the size of Garden city can't take a little bit better care of their customers. All it would have taken was a phone call. I do not think I should have to pay for anything but the 15 dollar cancellation fee. I will not recommend this tanning salon to anyone in the future.

NO OTHER BUSINESS that we have automatic withdraws made from our credit card had any problems, all of our other payments came out regularly. When I called Xtreme Tanning today to see when I could resume tanning, they told me that my credit card had been denied and I owed a balance of 43.20 (which included 30.00 in service charges)if I wanted to resume tanning there. I asked them why they did not contact me the first time my credit card was denied so I could have taken care of it, and they replied "that's not our responsibility". I then told them that I wanted to just cancel my membership, that I would never tan there again, and they said that if I wanted to cancel my membership, I had to come in to pay the 43.20 balance plus a 15.00 early cancellation fee because I hadn't been a customer for a year. I believe it was wrong for them not to contact me and let me know that my credit card was being denied. I think the 15 dollar cancellation fee is fair, but I do not think it is right that I have to pay for a "freeze" charge that never took place, especially since I will never use their services again.

I purchased a promo tanning package in May of last year. I tanned the months of May, June, July, and August, and never had a problem with my credit card being charged. In August, I wanted to cancel my membership, because I do not tan in the winter months. The young lady working told me that if I cancelled my membership, I would have to pay the 50 dollar membership fee again the following April, so she told me I should "freeze my account" until next April to waive the new member fee. In order to do this, I signed a paper agreeing my credit card to be charged 4 dollars a month until April, when I would be able to resume tanning again at the 39.99/month rate. I noticed during the first few months that the 4 dollars had, in fact, been charged to my credit card. In January, Bank of America sent us new credit cards because they had expired. I did not know this would affect anything, because NO (read next review)
