The United Methodist Mexican American Ministries is a nonprofit service agency located in Garden City, Kan. It has been serving people throughout the western Kansas since 1974. The agency offers a comprehensive range of social, spiritual, educational and medical programs through its centers located in Dodge City, Liberal, Ulysses, Johnson and Satanta, Kan. Its services are provided in English and Spanish language. The agency offers a wide range of services, including family practice medical clinics; special health programs, such as breast and cervical cancer initiatives; aids case management and oral health education. It also provides a child and adult care food program. The United Methodist Mexican American Ministries accepts the support of various individuals and organizations that include United Methodist churches, United Methodist Women, United Methodist Health Ministry Fund, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the United Way.
