      Nice apts, manager is a great person , good facilities

      Noisy with parking issues. Trailer trash type tenants. Preferential treatment to single welfare moms due to the manager being one too. Do not rent here if you are a single adult or couple who wants peace and quiet. Complaints to management are ignored.
