I worked with them for a year and since their email was down during this entire time I had Teri send me a written invoice to make sure the counts and date and time of delivery were correct. The morning of my wedding I picked up the bouquet and boutonniere (I had dropped off the vases that I had made for the centerpieces early that week), talked to the lady in the shop and even gave her a ten dollar tip to give to the delivery driver. Fast forward 4 or 5 hours and I am on the way to the reception getting a call from our photographer saying we don't have any flowers. They hadn't delivered them and by the time I knew they were closed with no alternate phone number. I ended up getting reimbursed for the centerpieces but not the bouquet and while they kept saying they were sorry and that the would do something to make it up (even getting my home address) I never heard from them. After me dropping off the vases, picking up my bouquet that morning they couldn't even send a card to apologize.
