Today I called to ask if someone could come out to look at my 2-1/2 ton central AC unit that wasn't cooling. Eva, who answers the phone, said she will send someone over right now. Two men arrived about 15 minutes later, never introduced themselves, looked at AC unit in yard then went into attic to check it out. The older man told me what needed to be done and said he would give the information to his boss and he would get back to me with a quote. He then said he would write it up and I thought he was writing what needed to be done to fix the problem. Instead, the younger man came back with a bill for $86.60 which he said was a service charge. I told him I wasn't told there was a service charge and I don't pay them if I'm not told in advance. He told me to call the office and talk to Eva. I did and she stated to me "most people have enough common sense to know there will be a service charge". I told her I had more common sense than the normal person and she should tell customers there is a service fee and the amount when they call. I asked if the fee is taken off the bill if I have them do the repairs and she said no and that she would inform her boss. Their business is about 2 miles from my house and I never would have agreed to such a high service fee. She called back and said her boss said if I don't pay it he'll file on me. I told her I wasn't paying it because she didn't inform me before sending her men out, and that she had a bad attitude and I hung up. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS. If I had read the reviews first I never would have called them.

Very rude customer service from lady who answer phone. She got my model # over the phone & didn't call me back with part quote after 25 minutes so I called back. She then told me to call hold and hung the phone up. I gave her a call once again & this woman began talking to me loud after I told her she's being rude. I just hung the phone up after telling her not to even worry about it. I'm a galvestonian & love supporting local business, although I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Based on that experience I chose not to deal with this entity but that's only me which doesn't seem like a big deal to her

Had their service tech out and he ordered part and came back before week was over.very fast and friendly service. He fixed a problem with washer the other companies here on the island couldn't figure out ! Will use for now on !

Asked them to come out an look at ice maker. They made no mention of a $70.00 trip charge even though they are about 2 miles away. Guy comes opens freezer which I had completely cleaned out so he could work. Stuck finger in ice maker says it broken (no research at all on the water line which was clogged) Sent estimate for icemaker along with $70.00 fee. Never will recommend or use again
