After getting my order ready on their website, I called on Thursday Feb 11th to have 3 arrangements delivered to one address near 4th st. and harborside, 2.6 miles from the shop. They told me they will not be delivering to "that area" until next week because it is a "hassle". So I spent time picking the flowers and getting the order all ready. Only to be told they can't deliver it because that end of the island is a "hassle". 2.6 miles away!? The delivery was to the SAME ZIP CODE AS THE SHOP 77550!!! But they wouldn't do it because it was a "hassle"!? Are they really serious? These 3 arrangements totaled $311. They didn't even offer to do it for an additional fee. They just said they absolutely will not do it. This is their delivery policy:" A local delivery fee of $10 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, t
