These folks sub out their service calls. Our experience was not pleasant as though they take a credit card over the phone to guarantee the appointment, their techs may not. We found this out the hard way on a very expensive washer fix. Still cheaper than replacing, but the headache trying to understand why the tech didn't take credit cards was ridiculous! The company couldn't get it's story straight either. One time they said the tech could call the credit card in and they would process it for the final balance of the repair and then refused to do so. Their website says they take all credit cards and no one ever said the tech wouldn't. The tech then had the audacity to tell our property manager that he would work with us with a credit card the next time (he is with TNG). I don't think so. Stay away from this "referral" service!
