The Rocket Cafe is owned and managed by Marie Chioda. Marie's family-the Colainni's originally opened "The Pizza Palace" in the early 80's. They brought authentic Italian style Pizza and Pasta dishes to Gallup. Later in the mid-90's, the Rocket Cafe opened at that same location. In addition to Italian Cuisine, Marie added New Mexican flavors and American dishes. Recently-remodeled, the Rocket Cafe is a local Gallup Favorite spot. Enjoy Italian, New Mexican or American Entrees in our beautiful new dining area. We have large, flat screen TV's for your entertainment while you dine. We also deliver.
