Worst customer service EVER! Brought in my gas generator because it was leaking gas. Guy called me 3 days later says there nothing wrong with it and charged me $58. Got it home and it leaked an entire tank of gas on the ground. So I brought it back to him and told him it leaked gas. Asked him to fix it and while he was at it please repair the pull cord. Guy has it for a full week and never calls. I call to ask if it's ready and he says yeah its been ready for days. He charges me another $30. Get the thing back home and try to start it up. The damn thing is locked up. So I make yet another trip to have it repaired. This time I tried to politely explain that I would be waiting for it to be repaired and he starts yelling at me. Tells me he isn't going to bump other customers to fix my generator. I explain that I have traveled an hour to get to his place now on 3 separate occasions costing me time and gas and that I need this generator to get water in my house. He then proceeds to yell louder and curse at me. And after all that still expects me to leave my generator with him. Fat chance! Good luck running a business like that. I will NEVER go back.
