Salesman was a kind man. The workers on the other hand were messy and late. Even if you pay them for the work completed. They will say what ever. Just to leave. And someone new or differant will come back to try and finish the job. Plus! You have to watch out for the nickel and dime items. Saleman will do what he says, but the workers will say one thing and then try to charge you more for services they said they would do it for a later time. Or at the end of the job tell you they won't be able to to the work. If you have children OMG. Be sure to vaccum the carpet several times and check all your window seals. The workers have a tendency to throw carpet staples everywhere and leave partially used staples on or in the window ledges. In my case (the above) plus leave tack strip nailed down on stairs uncovered with children in the home between the ages of 1 and 4! Did the original carpet agreement get done yes! Timely No! Truthful partially! Did all get completed No! Recommend No!
