      Just a thank-you to the store owner who stayed late tonight to print my proposal for a critical meeting tomorrow morning. She's gone above and beyond for me before, even calling me on my cell to update me on a delivery status for my grandson's birthday gift. Such generous, personal service is unusual these days, but Pony Mailbox in Gallatin definitely delivers on customer service (and price, too). Highly recommended. Thank you!

      What kind of FedEx drop location doesn't carry FedEx boxes? The one in Gallatin TN, that's what.. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone based on my recent experience there. The woman (presumably the owner) did offer a box to purchase, however. Now, why would anyone pay for a box when FedEx provides them free of charge. Is it ethical to rip off the customer and make a few extra dollars selling their boxes? Not in my book. The proprietor then suggested I drive up to Goodletsville TN (an hour's drive away) to get the supplies. Then she suggested that I drive to New York and deliver the package myself. The local FedEx driver said Pony Mailbox was supposed to carry boxes. Save your headaches and head for the UPS store, with staff who want to help the customer.
