Stopped by the Corlew location today and had an amazing experience. Not only was the owner friendly he was also very honest. He provided information for my options on purchasing a washer and dryer and compared the different models with me. It is a true testament to his character that he even recommended that I watch the sale ads for a specific brand and package deal; this could mean LOSING a sale! But because of his honesty and advice he has now earned a customer for LIFE and I may even purchase my machines through him rather than a chain store. What a great local business with a wonderful owner!

Terrible company! They are not on time and don't keep their word. I would not recommend to anyone. One star would be very generous given their poor service.

Beware! Poor Customer Service!!! They were not willing to reach a solution to a problem and the owner was out of town and no one there was willing to help me. They were rude and not willing to compromise on a trip charge. They certianly don't value their customers. Customer Service is key in any business.

I called Corlew's on Sunday to find out business hours so I could come in & buy some parts. I did not know Corlews was closed on Sundays. Ron Corlew answered rudely, gave me crap for calling on Sunday, and hung up on me before I could even ask for business hours. In today's tough economy, there are too many competitors out there to have to settle for garbage like Corlews.
