Bad front counter assistance. Person seems out of it and confused. Has no idea what she is talking about. Also smells like urine when you walk through the door

Rude customer service. No help at all. Managers are just as rude. Will never do business with them again. Very unprofessional service on the phone and in person. Smelled like someone had wet themselves upon entering. Front desk person did not have a clue what she was doing or talking about.
