I was in your store to return an item that had a broken zipper. Bridget was a great help to me. When there were no more of the pants like I was returning, she found me a pair that was similar only a bit more expensive. She gave them to me for the cost of my original pair. She spent a good deal of time helping me all with a very pleasant disposition.

I was in your store in Galesburg looking for a bridal gift for my daughter. There was one particular gift on registry that you did not have in stock. I waited in line in housewares dept (one lady ahead of me), around the corner came a smiling face, her name is Elizabeth Chanda, she greeted me with a smile and acknowledged me waiting ever so patiently in line. Elizabeth Chanda was the only one who took her time to help me get what I needed. Great job Elizabeth and we need more people like you in Galesburg Store.
