This project required demo (tearing out existing cabinetry and appliances) and designing a new floorplan with workable action plan for entertaining. A separate beverage center allows guests to help themselves to drinks and not be in the kitchen’s refrigerator. A large island proves ideal for having friends sit close by and comfortably on stools while the chef cooks, and also works as a huge serving buffet. Entertaining perfection!

  Over-looking a lake, this nautical inspired lake house is the perfect home away from home providing custom cabinets and built-ins to shiplap and intricate wall paper. The beautiful hardwood flooring throughout this open floor plan provides such a desired living space.
