  Dr. Lisa Wagner has been our equine vet since 2009. During the past six years, she has cared for our horses with compassion and great professionalism. She treats our horses as if they were her own. We have had some very stressful health issues with our horses and the trust and confidence we have in Dr. Wagner's skill and knowledge made the situations easier to handle. She has a very reasoned and logical approach. Before she leaves, she always takes time to ensure that we understand exactly how and when to administer medications and that we know how to provide the necessary supportive care. When scheduling appointments or when emergencies arise, she is easy to contact (phone, email, text) and is very responsive; and she always calls when she is en route which is usually pretty close to the scheduled appointment time. When she is on vacation, she has a fantastic team of back-up vets who are equally as passionate about horses. Dr. Wagner takes a genuine interest in the health of our horses and always asks where we have been riding and what we have been doing with our "boys." Our horses are very much a part of our lives and we could not ask for a better vet! She is easy to talk with, is very knowledgeable, cares about horses, and is very compassionate. Dr. Wagner will continue to be our vet for years to come!
