I had a great experience at Rockville Auto group. My first impression was that it was a very small private dealership, however, that's how I was able to get a great deal on a beautiful car! The salesman, Sam gave me no pressure what-so-ever to be inclined to look at anything in particular, and I felt no 'shark-like' business agenda on his side. I really appreciated not being patrolled by anyone, and let me look at and test drive any car I was interested without hassle. This was my first experience buying a car on my own, and I'm so glad that I went to this auto group, with such flexible staff. What impressed me most was the manager that actually brings in the cars. He worked with me on my (very) tight budget and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the sale. Not only did we make a great deal, but this man seemed so genuinely happy to help me find my new Nissan; this made the process feel personal at the end. I look great out on the road with my new beauty, and feel great as well!

Horrible customer service. Cars all have been in accident but no one will say. Never have car fax! Sam the salesman is the worst. Keep my advice and keep shopping. Family business my....!
