I had sleeves shortened on a suit jacket. I wasn't happy with the quality of the work (poor stiching, too much lining, crooked hem etc) and when I returned to point it out he was obviously disturbed I questioned him. Rude and unprofessional and shoddy workmanship. If he had happily agreed to fix it to my satisfaction I would have been fine but his attitude about it was a turn off. If you want attention to detail, look elsewhere. I will never return, and I suggest others do the same
